QOR reserves the right to modify service offerings at any time.

Services commence upon signed agreement and initial payment.
Detailed project requirements will be specified in individual contracts.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Pricing is established in individual project proposals.
Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.

5.2 Payment Terms

A deposit or full payment is required to initiate services.
Payments are due within 10 days of invoice date.
Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5.3 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of paid amounts.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive a limited license to use delivered work.
QOR retains all underlying intellectual property rights.

6.2 Pre-existing IP

QOR retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered work as specified in the contract.

6.3 Client Materials

Clients guarantee they have the right to use any materials provided to QOR.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for content.

7. Warranties and Limitations

7.1 Service Warranties

QOR provides services with reasonable professional skill and care.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
QOR is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Confidential Information

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination Rights

QOR may terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of contract
- Unethical or illegal client activities

9.2 Client Termination

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
Paid amounts are non-refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted virtually or in Miami, Florida.
Arbitration will follow American Arbitration Association rules.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Communications

11.1 Electronic Communications

Clients consent to receive electronic communications from QOR.
Electronic communications are considered equivalent to written communications.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Modification

QOR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
